Selection is based upon their ability to perform on a range of criteria including their professional skills, industry experience, certified qualifications, personal profile, company compatibility and availability to commit.
One of the most critical aspects of ensuring the successful management of any cleaning or security contract is strong, clear communication. If this can be achieved at the beginning then both client and contractor can work together in a positive and constructive way.
We consider client relationships and contract feedback essential for ongoing success and therefore recommend regular contract review meetings. Your nominated Account Manager will book these meetings at a time and date convenient to you, enabling contract performance and any other issues to be discussed. Your Operations Manager will visit your site at pre-determined intervals, or as often as is required by the nature of the works. During these visits a full review of the services operation will be carried out, ensuring ongoing monitoring of standards.
If you need an immediate response to a service priority or emergency, your Operations Manager and Customer Service Team are fully contactable. Constant liaison between our Customer Service Team and Management team will ensure you always have an Operations Manager who is fully up-to-date with the on-going status of the contract operation. At Ailesbury Services we are big enough to cope and small enough to care.
